Actually we drive worst than Qataris, no rules at all, no speed limits but everyone knows what they are doing...
As an example sometimes I see people here trying to cut your way and then they got scare and brake... We just speed more and make a big space between the cars and everyone is happy.
And we drink and drive since 16, no seat belts, plus many many more things that are not allowed to do in the cars LOL
Venezuelans sometimes are like Qataris they always want the car of the year even if they just bought it last year, they will try to change it.
Some guys has a $70k but they rent a flat, or has a nice sedan but work as a taxi to pay the credit lol.
