first do a shortlist of the organizations that u want to work for ... then try to make a contact with any of their employees and ask them about the best way to deliver you resume to the HR people,,, in case contact could not be made try searching their websites online from the websites normally you can form an initial image whether it worths sending the resume online or better be hand delivered

then start the same procedure with organizations not on your shortlist
