On the other hand, someone who is fun to be around and comfortable enough with themselves to laugh at their own flaws is so refreshing and incredibly endearing. It's almost like they're acknowledging that nobody's perfect and relaxes you about your own shortcomings... (not that I have ANY of course...;P)
