This former CIA operative publicly claimed that aliens were trading us their technology (eg. the microchip and radar-invisible aircraft) for cow body parts, and secret permission to kidnap people and do medical checks on them. Apparently the aliens were sick and they needed these cow parts (hence the dead cows found with parts removed from their bodies with surgical precision and no explanation).
The American govt naturally decried him as an idiot. But you have to wonder, where did, all of a sudden, all our technology come from? 50 years ago a computer would have filled a room and now we have tiny devices capable of almost anything. He also said that JFK was shot by the CIA because he was about to go public on the Alien issue.
Of course he may be an idiot, but if he was telling the truth, the govt would have said exactly the same thing anyway. I don't know what I personally believe though..
