Since the things listed cannot be systematically made the same, you start to compare apples to oranges, then to achieve "equality" a balance needs to be made--give and take and an ongoing discussion and change.

Human rights should be equal because you are essentially comparing the same thing, which is humans to humans, but it is in ensuring those rights where the standard to measure becomes blurry, and it doesn't mean the same thing to different people.
