As if the Iraqis have nothing to worry about abd are very bored - like most QLers - to change their flag. They are appealing many countries to cancel their debts.
Imagine what is the cost involved in changing the flag. Let aside the security issue, they are suffering lack of water supplies, power, fuel, medical care.
