The other thing is most reputable body piercers won't pierce with jewellery bought from else where and will only pierce the belly button with a basic ring or bar, this is to avoid infection and pulling, most of the more elaborate jewellery is for established piercings as it can take upto 6 months before the piercing has healed enough to swap jewellery around.
