i did mine in the eye shop in the city center...the one on same floor with carrefour..you have to pay 30 riyals and don't forget to bring 1 picture of you passport sized so they can stick it on your form..and stamp it afterwards..

and voila your eye test is ready to be handed along with da rest of your papers for the driving school
