Request your Employer to arrange your family visa, since they will be moving with you to Doha. Once you and your family arrives in Doha, your Employer will transfer the sponsorship of your family to you which is a very simple procedure.
2) You can bring you car thru Recovery Service by road (3 - 4 days) or thru Cargo by sea (few weeks)
You need to arrange export number plate thru Dubai traffic dept. and don't forget to make full insurance.
You can also bring your car by yourself but only once your RP is stamped in your PP which i will not advise you.
