I suggest you STAY AWAY from The Wall Real Estate.

I was a tenant in one of their properties last year and

(i) For the entire year half the a/c units in the property did not work, and they did not repair it (Finally I moved out, it was unbearably hot!)

(ii) They gave me a cheque that bounced back as my deposit. I have reported it to Public Prosecution dept and hopefully they will go after them, although there is not much guarantee here.

I strongly recomend you avoiding these people, they are thieves.
