well no not really - just get on a plane and fly to Canada - in terms of laws - and the number of countries is growing. As for religons - yes there are religons that are accepting of homosexual tendencies. Even western religons such as Catholisism accept that a homosexuality tendency is not, in and of itself, a sin. It is the homosexual act that is 'sinful'.
