Very well said. In my recent trip to paris, i went to a special screening of " jihad for love". it shows the struggle of being Muslim & gay. There are 1000's of arab/muslim intellectuals who are gay.Unfortunately, it will take decades for the main stream to realize that. The Arab media have always demonized homosexuals, linked them with prostitutes & pictured them as transvestites. It's a pity, knowing that gay people are part of this media (directors, writers, actors (maybe),etc).I think the change must come from within, by coming out. However, i don't see this happening in our life time.
