It's all over the news in the UK at the moment about young women being prescribed and consequently becoming addicted to antidepressants- when all they have is serious PMT.

Check your hormones aren't going mad... and even if they are, do some writing. Write a heartfelt poem or something about what's really bugging you. Guaranteed you'll vomit a little later on at what you wrote, but it does help at the time:) And it also makes you realise next time you feel like this, that life is just a series of up and down swings.

I always take comfort when I'm really low that it must mean there are some wicked times ahead. And I'm usually right;)

Get some kip and be good to yourself.
