same culture and values would not probably do harm to your kids.The question here is if they limit or stop the hiring of expatriates would the Qataris would be willing to do blue collar job which is mostly the job offered to foreign workers.
Locals are usually into management,office works ,doctors , dentists jobs and other easy jobs only. even Nurses is not on their piority job.
