My hubby has been offered the same amount of salary as yourside in grade 4 as a specialist. I guess they are all about the same. InsyaAllah me and my hubby are going to accept it and maybe going ther after eid.
there's no harm in negotiating, cos u have got nothing to loose. just negotiate, if all not well than u can always accept the previous offer.
