I know someone who works at Education City and his villa is quite nice, and even has maid quarters and three floors.

Our compound is part of a package from another university. The compound is ok, not great. A little run down, no clubhouse. The villa is fine, with new beds and furniture. Someone picks up the outside area frequently. The bathrooms are a bit shabby. The kitchen is small but acceptable, with new appliances. The tile, windows and other areas are fine. We also have new air conditioners.

So I guess it just depends. We lived in an older, large house prior to coming here. The villa is smaller and not as nice, but it's not terrible and is acceptable.
