Best sport facilities, in community food etc. AKC is very well suited for exploring the north of Qatar. Only issues are remoteness from the "action" in Doha but sounds like a liitle one will take your attention.
Never assume anything about accomodation in Qatar, get confirmation of where you'll be. AKC is pretty full - about 6,000 residents.
