Ha!Ha! I never activated Metrash but I do not know how they put my mobile number into their system. I keep receiving messages now and then from them which is not related to me in any way. Couple of days back I received a message that I had been fined QR 600 for over speeding.

I don't have a driving licence! I don't own a car! I have never driven in Qatar!
