Hi there, I think for Doha there is a growing need for more international schools + mainstream schools with Learning Support. With regards to your question, I guess committed teachers who dont just chase to finish the curriculum but take time to really know the child/children. As a whole school, from administration, classes, a good solid curriculum- academics and also to equipt the kids as a whole, reliable staff committed and there should never be problems like children not having a teacher for a semester or even a few weeks!
