hi..coincidentally, i just went myself today to get price quotes to change my car's colour..and the best deal i managed to find was Qr. 3500 to change to metallic black from white (he agreed to paint my wheels for free after i hassled the hell out of him haha)..they said no one gives a warranty other than maybe the dealers; but if the paint cracks or fades, then that's their responsibility..however, i also found out that you need to leave the car at least a week..which is a problem if you can't live without your car like me..anyways, this place is on street 15..didn't notice the name but the second garage to the right is called dark brown horse garage haha
