Go to Oman first and UAE embassy then for a visit visa. Then apply for a Saudi transit visa via one of the official agents (Saudi embassy does NOT accept visa applications). UAE may and Oman shall certainly ask you where you intend to stay (it is a long drive), so maybe a hotel booking is Muscat and (optional) Al Ain booking may be required. Documents include your office NOC addressed to each embassy and maybe a 'car passport' (not usually required for GCC) issued by the Qatar body opposite the petrol station on C ring road near Toyota towers. Yu will also need to buy nation-wise insurance available at the borders. Also, Google it ... there is an excellent writeup, though a little old, for the Doha-Muscat drive! Drive safe and always buckle up!
