if you baby's age is less than 3 months and you and your wife have valid RP in Qatar then you can bring your baby without holding visa.
PLEASE make sure that your baby age is less than 89 days. After ninety (90) days you have to apply visa for your baby as usal you know the procedures.
1.if your baby is coming within 90 days you should have passport for your baby or your baby name should be added in her/his mother's passport.
2.You should bring birth certificate.
