it is in parallel...cancelled visa means you have to exit qatar within 1 month after cancellation. and the 2 years ban will be in effect also. unless otherwise your current employer will issue an NOC so that you can come back as soon as you will find another sponsor. but as far as i know, the NOC itself has an expiration also. so it is not avisable to leave qatar for a longer period. what you can do is convince your current employer to give you a NOC and look for another one while you are still in qatar.
