Well. Racism & discrimination is part of social life. It's like a tradition. It was there, it is there and it ll be there. It's not possible to remove racism & discrimination. Some organization and people says, no to racism, we ll not tolerate racism etc etc but those are just dialogues and showing off. Unless you show off or you lie to others , social and corporate life will not be possible.
