First of all you make GD to your police station then get the attested of GD from your Home & Foreign ministry then go to Qatar embassy in India they will attested the same then send the all paper to your sponsor , Rest your sponsor will arrange and send you a temporary visa, You can entry with that visa and transfer your RP to new passport.
