If the car is not in your name that can be a problem. I know that colleagues who travelled to Saudi whose cars were registered in the employers name had to have 'no objection' letters from their employers. There may be a similar requirement in your situation.
You should also check with the insurance company, in that they will cover you driving to Saudi. The border police may ask you for that evidence.
Basically you have to make sure every angle is covered - I've heard of people being turned back b'cos thier paper work didn't satisfy the Saudi border police.
