Anyway ... having a walk on corniche is good ... or at any place ... just a walk with your iPod or iPhone there with the music playing will make you feel better ... Been doing that for almost 2 weeks now ... Sigh ...
I'm doing this now twice ... one at 4:00 in the morning and the other at 4:00 or 6:00 in the evening ... Why too early? because I can't sleep ... why again in the night? I want to lose the rest of my power that I got to sleep early but I can't :( I'm eating only once just to be able to work ... nothing more ... otherwise i would skip this one too ... just like today ... it is off so I did not eat anything up to now ...
