i've spent d night in doha sheraton hotel & ritz carlton. they r juz so great. i luv d food in sheraton. i've been to intercontinental hotel, four seasons, marriot, oasis & ramada (lunches/dinners) & they r also good. juz dont know abt d rooms.

it was only QR750/night in sheraton when we stayed there.
