Eversince i moved to morning shift am getting only 3-4 hr sleep a day.was in the evening shift for last couple of months made a habit of sleeping 4AM but even when i moved to morning shift my mind and body is not accepting the new schedule of sleeping...my body is tooo tierd but my mind is not allowing me to sleeep so sleep at 4AM and gettingup at 6AM for work...but am never sleepy at office...
Main problem is as loong is night is night and cant do anything much..smoking and being online is the only timepass i can...more over missing my family a looot..
