I hate how this is going to sound elitist, but it all depends on if its an upgrade or downgrade from your initial nationality....I know its not politically correct, and I don't mean to offend ANY nationality, but the truth is that not ALL citizenships are equal (hence SOME nationalities are in HIGH demans, while others are not).
