HDMI is a digital technology - it transmits 1 and 0, unlike old analog cables. Any cable will give you the same quality, whether it's a QR30 one or a QR 250 one. The difference will only be in how sturdy/long it can last.

Quality wise - you're getting the same, whatever price :)
