I think you can go and meet the captain... but i feel that its just wasting your time. Its better you enjoy your visit visa and come back again on visit visa as these day its very difficult.. Myself went and attended the meeting for 3 times.. at the end of every meeting they wil say check after 3 days and finally it shows application rejected. My son faced problem in school but latter one indian guy helped me to get my visa . Not sure about the name but the number is 66537722. Call up that guy and just check with him.... He is a helpful guy...
