Picasso, you will not find anything in Al Sadd nor in the center of Doha for that price. Prices are crazy in Al Sadd, two months ago you could get a 2 bedrooms for 8.5k, but now I hear from a friend that it is 9.5k a month. And 1 bedrooms are not that easy to find over there. You could find a small flat around bank street for around 6.5 or 7k. And there's something else: being western will cost you more in rent. Weird but true.
The car allowance is very good, above average. You'll manage to rent a car before you can get one for QR1800 (small car like Aveo or Lancer).
I really can't comment on the basic, I have no idea how much a person with your qualifications/experience should be getting.
Personally I think 50 hours a week is a lot, but, hey, if you're willing to work 6 days a week.. They'd have to pay me a lot more for me to work 6 days a week, though, but that's just me.
