I strongly oppose that a Filipino men are less responsible. Like any other men, like fingers , there are short and longer, so like other kind of nationalities, if you happen to choose the lesser one then its your destiny, in short, if a man is responsible, then he might be a Filipino or Indian, or Chinese or whatever. But i can what i can say is that most Filipinos are very responsible, industrious, caring, and they are good cook, and good lover HE HE!
