OK OK, everyone do some mistakes, but man,,,, look at the date.... is this the way to remind a motorist to slow down? or is it the way of Traffic Department to say Hey, welcome, pls visit us, if it is this way to make mistakes, then the confidence of motorist will be at risk... thinking anytime, any cause they will be taken for a mistake. Now what explanation will this fit????? simply a mistake, but what impact would it be to the one received such message? If the penalty for this is quite big, this might cause a heart attack or hypertension or a headache...tsk, tsk, tsk
