how much is the fine? is there a black points? If you got 300 fine with 3 black points your offense is "ILLEGAL PARKING" usually this offense shows blank if you check in MOI site. But if you'll ask in MOI office they will tell you its a parking violation. I'm just guessing, do you got this while parking nearby the city center mall? Because I got the same also.
