there is no such problem of visa for pakistanis, specially for executive class.

as maxmo said earlier, if your company/bank wants you, they can arrange visa for you easily.

sometimes, companies have some limited quota for visas but mostly they get it. when the demand of labour is higher than that quota, it gets difficult to get a visa.

in simple, you should not be having problem of visa issuance if your company/bank wants you on board.
