If you already have license then you can take the direct test. Visit Al Khebra in the morning and ask them that you want to register for a direct test. You need to register for the test at the traffic police office inside the Al Khebra premises. Take your ID and driving license from your country with you as they require identification and verification. I got mine using the same way.
