On Salwa Road, coming from Ramada, go to Decoration Roundabout (there are roadworks there) and do a U-turn, the curtain shop I go to is on the RHS. They line your curtains with blackout material (or will make you separate ones if you prefer). They come to your place, measure up, make them, then come fit them. Very friendly and extremely reasonable. Hope that helps.
