It is very easy to upgrade ur iphone if it is Factory Unlock, just connect to iTunes and its done and if it locked version then u have to preserve ur base-band and which is a headache, but mind it u will loses all ur jailbreak, expect for iPhone 4, 3GS and this is a tethered JB
