i'm afraid qatar living isn't the place for your problem; it could be something as simple as low transmission fluid to more serious issues like bad shift solenoids to very expensive issues like mechanical failure. If you've bought the car used, it's possible the previous owner has abused the transmission. Automatic transmissions are built to last a long time so I'm thinking it might be something minor like low fluid, a leak, clogged filter or bad electro-mechanical communication.
