If its an investment you're interested in, better to look at investment option. Futura is an insurance product with some investment features thrown in - like money back at an assumed rate of return(which is usually nothing more than an absurd assumption).
The charges are significant & they are for the insurance coverage as well as managment of your money in various investment fund.
Bottom line - this type of product is in the best interests of the company & the advisor/sales person who want to sell it to you, they earn very high rates of commission or incentives on such a product - which offcourse is actually from the premiums you pay!

Ideally stick with seperate products for your insurance & your investment needs respectively.

Goodluck!
