GBM is not a supremese partner for IBM in qatar or gulf, QBS is the same partnership with IBM as GBM but better priced and better service :).
Alot of oil and gas and banking sectors in qatar are working with QBS due its different approch to the market.
And how do you now that QBS is better priced than GBM did you work for GBM previously???
