the murano is a pretty good car overall..just make sure you get a full multi point check from the nissan dealer..don't bother with the computer shops on salwa road..dealers have brand specific testing equipment and the price difference is worth it..also find out how much common repair items cost..i heard of a case where a single replacement headlight for the infiniti equivalent of the murano cost like 6000rials..also if you have not previously driven a car with cvt transmission, you may find it a bit weird..but not a big deal..just ensure the car is in good condition ..if you get the right car, it's a very good car.
