Better to get your certificates attested with External Affairs Australia before you come to qatar . or it will be an expensive procedure to depend on the certificate attestation agencies in middle east.

i heard Driving license can be converted as long as you are an aus citizen passport holder (this u need to double check again with muroor ...no body cares the ethinicity once u change ur passport my dear brother ...there are no laws special for "races" ...there are only laws for "nationality "
