you must go to the same helath center witch is your health card is issued from, mostly for batchlers it is in Munthaza near jaidah tower. if you have family here you must present your resent elctricity bill to issue your family health card from nearby HC.and Madinath Khalifa HC now not issuing helath card for foriners.
