First decide why you need your car Glass to be dark tinted, do you want a privacy or you need to reduce heat rejection.
If your answer that you need a privacy for you & your family, check in your Car registration card if you have permission to have dark tint film, if you dont have that permission, go to traffic dept and pay 20 riyal and get permission.
If you want only heat reduction then go for good quality film like Titanium and fix clear film in the front glass, driver seat & passenger seat with 10% and back seat with 20% darkness.
