Try to talk to the Captain on Sunday Morning around 7-8am at Madina Khalifa Traffic Department. They will first see the recorded video. Let them know how and why you crossed red light. 50% chances that they can reduce the amount. Its totally upto them. Just request them once. Otherwise you will have to pay the full fine.
