Do you mean Sponsorship change or Profession change in the RP?? For Profession change only you need certificates.
For sponsorship change all you need are, Police clearance (you may need to visit your embassy for this) Filled Sponsorship change form (you can download this from MOI site- and tell your mandoop to type it- it should be in arabic), your PP size fotos, Passport and RP.
First you have to fill the present sponsor details in the form and get approval (signature approval- for this your mandoop shoud go to javazath with original computer card) , after that fill the future employer details and get verification and apply.
