As I understand,you already had a working visa but you didnt undergo medical, fingerprinting and no contract had been signed, STILL you will be ban for 2 years if you exit Doha. If your sponsor who bring you here in Doha is incapable of giving you work, you must talk to them nicely in order to have the NOC for you to work to other sponsor.
